What is BAM Impact Tours?
Nothing can replace seeing BAM take place first-hand in some of the hardest places to work on the planet. In the BAM Impact Tours, our experienced staff will guide you on a short-term mission trip where you see BAM in the 10/40 Window with your own eyes. We will keep you safe and healthy, while you build relationships with BAM field practitioners that will lead to years of fruitful service. One-on-one coaching and seminar teaching opportunities will exist throughout the trip as well. Join us twice each year on these life-changing trips!
Nepal – October 2019
Cost
• Standard - $2900 (airfare to and from Nepal not included)
The Standard trip rate includes 3-star bed and breakfast accommodations in Nepal at Five14. Rooms with private bath are limited to the first four people signing up for this trip rate.
• Premium - $3400 (airfare to and from Nepal not included)
The Premium trip rate include a 5-star stay in a beautiful new highrise hotel with views of the entire Kathmandu valley. The hotel includes a roof top restaurant and pool.
• Both Standard and Premium participants can have their travel arrangements made by the trip guides and those costs will then be included in the fees you pay YWAM. To reserves your place on the trip you will pay a $200 non-refundable deposit. All other payments toward the trip fees or flight accommodations that we arrange are fully refundable. The flight inside Nepal is included in the fees Standard/Premium fees.
Trip Overview
The group will depart from Denver to Kathmandu, Nepal on Saturday, October 12th. Two full days will be spent visiting Purnaa, Five14 Adventure Group and others. While visiting Purnaa we will learn more about the new land and factory they are currently pursuing. We will then fly to Southwest Nepal and visit Bardiya National Park to visit a potential site for a future Five14 resort. A safari will be included in this leg of the trip. The group will then return to Kathmandu and head for the USA. The arrival date back into Denver is October 20th. The total trip time is 9 days.
Staff Guides
Mark has served in YWAM for 36 years and been involved in BAM for more than
22 years. He has traveled to over 55 countries of the world. He leads the BAM Team of
15+ staff at the YWAM Strategic Frontiers campus in Colorado Springs.
Sean has served in YWAM for 18 yrs and is on staff at YWAM Strategic Frontiers campus in Colorado Springs. He has served with seven different YWAM ministries and many in the finance and operations department. He also worked at a public foundation where he helped set up new accounts for ministries and BAM startups.
